Your order's workflow
Every order shows the workflow it was sold with. Those stages were copied into your order the moment you paid for it, so a later change to the service can never rewrite what you actually bought. Each stage names who owns it, its clock, and what "done" means for that step.
Health colours are the truth
Green means on track, amber means at risk, red means it needs attention — and that is all they ever mean. Health colours are never used decoratively anywhere in this product, so when you see one, trust it.
Evidence, in the open
The proof of the work is evidence: photos, documents and confirmations posted by the people doing it, kept in an append-only, hash-chained trail. Nothing in it can be edited or deleted — if something needs correcting, a new entry is added that says so, rather than the old one disappearing.
Dates, revised honestly
If a government office runs late, the expected date on your order changes, with the reason attached — never silently.
When it finishes
On delivery you confirm receipt. A completed order keeps its completion certificate and stays readable, with all its evidence, for good.
