How it works

Every service publishes its steps first.

Every service we run has a published sequence of steps. You can read it before you order, and once you do, your order is tracked against that exact sequence — the same steps, in the same order, with the person doing each one named.

We publish the happy-path time for each step. That is what it takes when nothing goes wrong, stated honestly rather than promised — when something does go wrong, the person working that step updates the expected date and tells you why.

No services are published yet. When they are, their steps appear here.

What is the same for every service

One coordinator owns your order end to end and answers you directly.
Each step names the person doing it, and their evidence is posted as they go.
Where a step needs your approval, you review the documents and approve it yourself.
If something slips, you get the new date and the reason — not silence.
The whole record is printable, from first step to last.
