Every service has a published price.
How charging works
- Service fee
- What we charge to do the work. Published per service, fixed before you order.
- Government fees
- Charged at cost, with the receipt attached to your order. We add nothing to them.
- Support services
- Optional extras you tick at order time — each with its own price, added to your total as you select it, and each becoming a step in your order.
- Quoted services
- Some work cannot be priced in advance. Those say "quoted per order", and you approve a written quote before paying anything.
Some work repeats — a check-in on a parent every month, a property watched all year. See the plans, which cover those at a set price.
