Worth knowing before you book
- Chargeable weight is the greater of what the parcel weighs and what it takes up. A light, bulky box is charged on its size. Both numbers are shown to you before you order.
- Every price on this page is a sample. No carrier has quoted this business yet, so these rates are placeholders for building against — which is why every service level is named “Sample”.
- Customs duty is never included. Whatever the destination country charges is set by its own customs authority, and neither this table nor anybody here decides it. Each route says who pays it.
- Packing and pickup are separate lines, shown at their full amount even when an offer covers them, so you can see what you were given rather than a quietly smaller total.
- Nothing is charged when you place a parcel. Paying for shipping is not connected yet; placing fixes the price and your choices so the thing being paid for stops moving.

The standard rules every international carrier applies to parcels from India, plus what the border on the other side allows in. The order form refuses the worst of these as you pack — this page is the fuller story, so nothing is discovered after the box is taped.
Never travels
- Aerosols, compressed gases and lightersPressurised containers cannot travel by air freight at all.
- Perfumes, nail polish and other flammablesFlammable liquids are refused by every air carrier, in any quantity.
- Fireworks, crackers and explosivesProhibited outright, including party poppers and sparklers.
- Loose lithium batteries and power banksFire risk in the hold. Batteries may only travel installed inside a device.
- Currency, cheques and payment cardsCash and negotiable instruments are prohibited in parcels.
- Weapons, ammunition and replicasIncluding toy guns that resemble real ones, knives beyond cutlery, and parts.
- Narcotics and controlled substancesProhibited, and the sender is legally responsible for the contents declared.

Travels with conditions

- Ghee, pickles, oils and pastesMany carriers refuse liquids and semi-liquids; where accepted they must be leak-proof and declared.
- ElectronicsBatteries installed in the device only, with the invoice. No spare batteries in the same box.
- Jewellery and valuablesDeclare the full value, and arrange protection cover before they travel — declaring alone insures nothing.
- Alcohol and tobaccoHeavily restricted into the US and refused by most parcel services; assume no unless we confirm otherwise.
- Religious and festival itemsIdols and dry pooja items travel fine. Camphor, ghee lamps and loose powders are flammables — they do not.
The last word is never ours: the destination's customs authority decides at the border, whatever any list says. Declare the contents honestly — the declaration you make while packing is what protects you if a box is opened — and if you are unsure about an item, ask us before it is packed rather than after.
