Picking a service
Every order starts on a service's own page — how it works, the documents you will need, and a "Where is this for?" picker listing every area we actually serve, city first with the pincode alongside. If an area is not listed there, that is the honest answer: it is not covered yet.
The builder
Press Start the order and a guided builder walks you through it, step by step: the service, who it is for, the details, the documents, a review, and payment. Nothing is charged until you reach the pay step, and the review screen itemises every line of the price — service fee, government fees, tax — in ₹, with your own currency shown alongside as a reading aid.
When a service is priced on request
Some services cannot be priced up front. For those, you describe the job, the quote desk prices it, and the order only comes into existence once you accept the quote they send back.
Live Shopping is different
Live Shopping books a person's time rather than a service outright, so it runs through its own slot-picking flow instead of the ordinary builder.
Where it goes next
Once placed, an order moves into watching the work — its own timeline, with health colours and evidence as the order moves along.
Ask Ally
Ask Ally "how do I place an order" and it will walk you through the builder.
