What the vault holds

Your vault is where documents held on your behalf live — anything collected or produced in the course of your orders. It is a single place to find them again rather than digging back through individual order timelines one by one.

Every view is logged

Nobody, including you, opens a document in the vault without it being recorded. Every view is access-logged, so there is always an honest record of who looked at what and when — the same transparency principle that runs through the rest of the product.

Why it exists here and not only in the order

Documents can outlive the order that produced them — a certificate you will need again next year, an identity document collected once and reused on a later order. Keeping them in the vault, rather than only inside a closed order's history, means you can find them without hunting back through it.

A completed order keeps its own completion certificate and stays readable, with all its evidence, for good — see Watching the work. The vault is where documents that stand on their own, outside any single order, live alongside that.
