Every review here is tied to an order we finished.

Every review here was left by somebody whose order we completed. We publish the rating, the words as they were written, the service and the city — never a name, and never a date, because a service plus a city plus a date can identify somebody in a small town. A rating of three or below opens a recovery case with an operations manager, and the review stays published either way.

We would rather show you an empty section than testimonials we wrote ourselves, which is the same reason the figures on the homepage appear only once there is something real to count.
