What a plan covers

A care plan covers a set number of visits within each cycle — a fixed allowance of recurring help, renewed on a schedule rather than something you order fresh every time.

What the dashboard shows

Open Subscriptions in your dashboard and you see exactly what is left on your plan this cycle, and the date it next renews. That is the whole picture in one place — no need to count backward through past orders to work out what remains.

Where it lives

Subscriptions sits alongside the rest of your dashboard — see Signing up and your dashboard for how it fits in with your orders, People and everything else.

How it differs from ordering

A plan's visits are separate from placing a one-off order: ordering walks you through a single purchase, while a plan is a standing allowance you draw on as visits happen over the cycle.

Ask Ally

Ask Ally "how many visits do I have left this cycle" and it will point you to Subscriptions.
