Where you land
Signing in takes you straight to your dashboard. It is built around two questions: what needs you right now, and what is already in motion. Orders waiting on something from you — a document, a decision, a payment — are grouped first. Everything already moving follows, each one showing its health colour and a plain sentence for what happens next.
Everything else, in one place
The dashboard is the hub; everything else in the product is one click from it:
- Orders — every order you have placed, each opening its full timeline.
- Start an order — the guided builder, reached from any service page.
- Appointments — Live Shopping sessions, upcoming, happening and done.
- Subscriptions — care plans, what is left this cycle, and when it renews.
- People — everyone you order for; see Adding a parent or relative.
- Vault — documents held for you; see Your document vault.
- Family — your care circle; see Sharing orders with your family.
- Messages — conversation threads tied to your orders.
- Invoices — what you were charged, itemised.
- Account — your profile, sign-in details and preferences.
Health colours mean one thing
Wherever you see green, amber or red on an order, it is telling you the health of that order and nothing else — on track, at risk, or needing your attention. These colours are never used decoratively anywhere in the product, so you can trust them at a glance.
